What are the essential things you need to be?

I'm trying to get my body in shape and much toner summer vacation. I have much but am working on it. LMAO. I said excited. Ok, yes … back to my question. AnyWho. I want your arms and legs and get a flat stomach, do I need? R: weghts? B: the thing you stand on your belly, what's that called? the stomach to do more to gratify your. C: hola hoop. D: jump rope. Does that it? I already have a treadmill.

Exercise six days a week. Saturday is a rest! No bigger every day. Aerobics all day. Treadmill is good, is good hola hoop, jump rope is good. Do what you love most. (I like puppets) not once a week; weight. I'll use Sunday. The most simple and inexpensive to make weight is to buy a pair of five gallon buckets. Home Depot has them. Put some water in buckets, collecting the soil. Keep your back bent, elbows bent, knees bent. HOLD cubes for 60 seconds. I use a wall clock with a sweep hand. Tense all, especially the stomach. The weaker the body. Once a week add a little water over the cubes. When the cubes are filled with water, start adding white sand in the water .. some sand every week.
